On Thursday, the president’s son referred to the Bible to castigate House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) ― and inadvertently revealed his unfamiliarity with the book.
Likelihood of Nancy Pelosi praying for Trump is about the same as the likelihood of Satan running around quoting the Scriptures. https://t.co/rdz7UdOEvu

But in the Bible, Satan does quote Scripture to Jesus, so that means, according to Junior’s own reference, Pelosi was praying for Trump.
Critics couldn’t wait to pounce on Trump Jr.’s ignorance:
“The devil… said to him, ‘If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down; for it is written [in the Scriptures], “He will give his angels charge of you,” and “On their hands they will bear you up, lest you strike your foot against a stone.”‘” -Matthew 4:5-6 https://t.co/zd2TbLXuPI

The next verse (Matthew 4:7): “Jesus said to him, ‘Again it is written, “You shall not tempt the Lord your God.”‘”
So Jesus responded answered the devil quoting Scriptures in mischievous ways.

Satan literally quotes scripture during the Temptation of Christ in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, and Luke, you absolute dumbass.

Of all the books Jr hasn’t read, the Bible is the one he hasn’t read the most.

Don Junior studied religion at Trump University.

Sadly your lack of Christianity is obvious with that comment. Christians know Satan comes quoting the Bible and dwells inside the church at times.

Satan quotes scripture in Luke 3, Matthew 4 and Mark 1. Passages in which Jesus resists the temptations of using his own power and privilege to serve himself and his own self-aggrandizement. https://t.co/ogTwaTA9U9

Once you realize that Satan quotes Scripture from the minute he shows up in the gospels, you understand why Jesus reserves his strongest words for religious leaders who quote Scripture to lead God’s people astray. pic.twitter.com/ZyY6LonQ4O
